We accept payments via Paypal. If you are not registered with Paypal you still can pay with a credit card and other payment methods.

We will process orders and we ship items in stock within 24 hours (except the Sunday).

When you order an item and if the item is not in stock, we will order it immediately to the author, the label or the company. If the delay before we get it is more than 10 days, we will refund you and keep you informed. When we receive the item we will ask you if you want to order it again for an immediate shipment.

If some of the items you ordered are not available for immediate shipping, we will ship the items in stock immediately and the ones not in stock when we will receive them from our supplier.

Discontinued items cannot be ordered.

Local and worldwide shipping is 100% free.
We can ship to any worldwide location most of the items in the catalog, depending on the agreement we have with our vendors.
You can also visit our store for a local pickup. Our store is located in Rimouski, Quebec (Canada).

You can return item before shipping or within 20 days. Items must be in the original packaging.
We will refund with no justification. We will not refund the shipping costs for returning then item.
